Private Classes: Private classes give you the opportunity to work with one of our teachers in a very small group or on a one-to-one basis. We can teach you at your home or at your office. See more
Corporate Classes: We offer a bespoke service to our corporate clients. By practising yoga, your employees benefit from decreased stress levels; fewer instances of back pain; increased mental focus and much more. We are happy to come to your office - thus eliminating travel time. See more
Group Classes: We run a large number of classes across London; suitable for different levels of fitness and experience. Choose between energising Ashtanga or remedial Iyengar. See more

I ruptured a disc in my back 5 years ago causing chronic pain and the risk of further disc degeneration. As a person who enjoys exercise and wants to maintain flexibility, I was faced with the vicious circle of wanting to exercise but being in too much pain to do it. As a devotee of Asthanga yoga for many years, I started private classes with Petra 3 years ago. Petra is immensely experienced in dealing with back problems and worked with me to adapt my practice in a way that enables me to enjoy all the challenges and benefits of Asthanga yoga, and specifically build core strength to protect my lower spine. The result is I am virtually pain free and have the strength and energy I need to run my demanding business. See more
