...and much more.

LESSON TIMES:
Classes usually last 45-60 minutes, at a time that is most suitable for your company (early mornings, lunchtime, after work)

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:
The maximum number depends only on the size of the room. Each student needs about 2.5 square meters for a comfortable practice.

PROPS:
Each student requires a mat and preferably two yoga blocks and one yoga belt. I can provide props for a sample lesson. Should you decide to go ahead with the classes, I can advise on the purchase of props. The cost is about £15 per student.

STYLE OF YOGA:
I teach various styles of yoga, ranging from dynamic and vigorous to a less physically demanding practice. I usually decide what method to teach when I meet the students and hear what their expectations and goals are. My classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

COST:
I offer a free sample session. The cost will depend on the duration and the size of the class and the location of your office.

WHAT THE OTHERS SAY:
“Petra’s Yoga classes have been a great success. When we first asked her to start a class in the office we had no idea how popular it would be. We needn’t have worried, within a couple of weeks we doubled the number of classes just to accommodate everyone. Petra is a very experienced teacher and a great motivator, importantly for us her classes seem to work equally well for both novice and experienced students. I would recommend any company to try Petra’s Yoga class as it provides the perfect counter balance to the long hours we all spend working at a computer.”
TOM MORGAN, DIRECTOR, MVF Global

“Our company yoga class has become legendary - we are one of very few TV companies offering complimentary yoga and it has grown and grown in popularity. Male colleagues now attend too, having overcome their suspicion and it has become a lunchtime ritual in the company.
Those that attend say it makes them feel more relaxed and clear headed, but for most it is a unique chance to attend one of the best teachers in London. It inevitably involves some challenges and some laughs.
Petra' s firm and no nonsense teaching style has developed a growing fan base, and many employees now seek out her other classes around London. It is now an established part of our company culture - there would be outrage if we cancelled it.”
